Colwin Hvac for additional offices Phase 2 and Rooftop unit servicing


Supply and install the following in the office spaces

  • Add (3) New supply diffusers
  • (3) new duct runs to service office spaces
  • Relocate existing supply diffuser
  • Extend 12" main supply
  • Egg crate return added into offices


Rooftop Unit Servicing

  • Cleaned, inspected and serviced rooftop units
  • Replaced filters and removed debris from intake
  • Cleared drains and tested for proper flow

*All units appear to be in proper working order. Filters were well beyond their lifespan and noted likely not replaced in some time. New filters added and airflow measured. Condenser coils were completely blocked from dirt and cottonwood. Coils cleaned and now free of debris.

*Follow up maintenance recommended in 3 months to check condition of new filters.
