HVAC SCOPE
- Supply and install 2 new 3 ton split systems (Side discharge 3 phase heat pump condenser in parkade and 120v air handler unit in space)
- Supply and install one new 4 ton split system (Side discharge 3 phase heat pump condenser in parkade and 120v air handler unit in space)
- Supply and install 5Kw backup heat on 3 ton systems - 10KW backup electric heat on 4 ton
- Supply and install 3 new digital thermostats with 20' of coiled thermostat wire
- Condenser units must be located below space in parkade
- Startup and comissioning
ELECTRICAL SCOPE:
- Permit
- Supply and install main breaker inside electrical room (Shutdown Required)
- Supply and install 42 cct commercial grade panel with main 200a breaker
- Supply and install teck cable feeder run
- Supply and install 200a 3 phase in line meter base
- BC Hydro Co ordination
- Supply and install power and disconnect switches for (2) 3 Ton hvac units
- Supply and install power and disconnect switch for (1) 4 Ton hvac unit
- Supply and install power and disconnect switches for (3) indoor hvac units
*Any items not listed on scope are at additional cost to the client*
