(ADDITIONAL $4200 - Roof penetrations for 636 venting to be done by others).

2.RECCOMENDATION: REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF EXSISTING 3ton AC SYSTEM. INSTALLATION OF NEW 4ton INDOOR EVAPORATOR AND 4 TON OUTDOOR CONDESIG UNIT COMPLETE WITH NEW COPPER LINE SETS AND DUCT WORK TRANSITIONS.

(ADDITIONAL $7100.00 - Electrical upgrade not included in cost but can be added once a decision is made. Site visit required)
