          Supply and install all supply, return, and exhaust ducting and relate materials from existing RTU’s and duct drops. To accommodate new office plan, per mechanical drawings, including:

-        Supply and install supply ducting and diffusers. As shown on drawing M303 and HVAC Keynotes. Specs shown on drawing M100

o   Two (2) x S-2 diffusers - #1

o   Two (2) x S-2 diffusers - #2

o   Sixteen (16) x S-2 diffusers - #3

o   Fifty-nine (59) x S-2 diffusers - #4

o   Seven (7) x S-2 diffusers - #5

o   Thirty-one (31) x S-2 diffusers - #6

-        Supply and install return air ducts and grilles. As shown on drawing M303 and HVAC Keynotes. Specs shown on drawing M100

o   Twenty-two (22) x R-1 return grilles - #7

-        Supply and install exhaust ducts and fans. As shown on drawing M303 and HVAC Keynotes. Specs shown on drawing M100

o   Eight (8) x E-1 exhaust fans - #8

o   Insulate all exhaust ducts through walls or roof. Minimum 10’ from penetration

-        All new ducting to be insulated. Except exposed ducting

-        Supply and install digital thermostats per drawings   Supply and install fire dampers to all duct penetrations through fire separations as required

-        Firestop control wiring through fire separations as required

-        Permits and inspections

-        RTU’s being installed by base building
