- Hydronic heating coil installed on system for backup heating
- UNICO high velocity blower system to reduce drop ceilings
- All associated ducting, fittings, grills, registers
- (6) Panasonic whisper quiet bathroom fans
- (1) Laundry venting to exterior
- (1) Kitchen exhaust venting
- AC condenser to be located on garage side of house
- TECA checklist included with this system for city application
EXCLUSIONS
- cutting, coring, firestop
- HRV excluded at this time
- duct insulation if required in unconditioned spaces
- roof or wall penetrations/sealing
- Any framing conflicts to be on contractor to remedy
- Cold space insulation to be installed by contractor to meet local building codes
