Upon call out to review previous contractors install we noted the following

• Condensing unit had no refrigerant charge in system
• Copper lineset connections were hand tight
• Electrical serving the indoor units was improperly installed and not to code
• Exterior install of piping and wiring was less than acceptable
• Units were not running and not operational the way they were left

Work done to remedy the situation

• Replace copper linesets as there was no way of determining their integrity
• Run new drains down to grade level (current drains were stubbed out of soffit)
• Install Fortress covering to hide copper linesets within
• Run test and commission and add necessary refrigerant charge for the system to operate correctly
