- Distribution ducting through space with exposed side mounted grills
- 10" outside air tapped into return box of air handlers (x4)
- Indoor units to be mounted with spring isolators and seismic restraints
- (2) 24x24 intake air with motorized dampers and 115V actuators and gooseneck fittings on roof
- (2) Delhi 3,00 CFM exhaust fans (quoted with accessories as noted)
- (1) Washroom exhaust fan and associated ducting
- (4) Digital thermostats with remote temperature sensors in space

- CO sensors to be included in electrical contract
- Day time clock to be included in electrical contract
- Painting of ducting to suit space
