Supply & install electrical components as per project drawings and RFP.

Pricing is based upon wiring in bx.

Pricing based upon regular work day shifts.

Inclusions:

• Dedicated plugs where needed 
• Server Room Patch Panel
• Allow for (2x) 220v outlets for printers
• Label all electrical outlets o (1x) quad power outlet & (1x duplex) per office / workstations
• Mud rings at data locations  
• Supply & install 200A electrical panel with cover
• Emergency lighting per RCP OR combo exit signs per code 
• Supply (24x) LED pot lights (specs to be approved by Onni)
• Supply (4x) LED strips (specs to be approved by Onni)
• Allowance for 1 floor box

Exclusions:

• Civil work
• Scanning/X-ray/Cutting/Coring
• 38 2x2 troffer fixtures
• 52 pendant fixtures
• Fire alarm
• Data wiring and or structured cabling
• Server Rack
