• Daikin 3.5 Ton outdoor condenser (AC)
• Daikin 3.5 Ton indoor 'A' Frame coil
• lineset, venting, controls included
• Rework ducting in residence to accomodate new system design and efficiency ( Replacing ductwork downstairs and main, and also as much ductwork as possible to 3rd floor spaces)
• New distribution ducting allowed for
• New Honeywell digital thermostat included
• Startup testing and comissioning included

• cutting, coring, firestop
• exterior wall penetrations, sealing
• drywall removal and or asbestos testing, removal (clean report required before commencing)
• Return air locations to remain
• drops required in basement to conceal ductwork (ducting to start at 22x10)
• Rebates applicable if permits are being done
• Permits excluded at this time
