Munro residence HVAC Scope *BUDGETARY*
Supply and install the following items
- (2) 60,000 BTU furnaces
- (2) A/C Packages- 3 Ton coil and outdoor condenser
- Kitchen exhaust (x2)
- Laundry exhaust (x2)
- Bathroom exhaust fans and ducting
- Main distribution ducting (Supply and Return)
- Copper linesets from furnace coil to outdoor condenser (max 25')
- Ceiling registers to be 4x10 plastic diffusers unless otherwise requested
Exclusions
- Cutting, coring, firestop if required
- Roof and wall penetrations/sealing
- TECA heat loss document excluded at this time (dependant on municipal requirements)
- HRV system excluded at this time
