MUNRO HVAC- Shop install
Supply and install the following in the shop space
- 150,000 BTU Seperated combustion unit heater to heat the shop space (wood shop dictates closed combustion so that there is no open ignition source)
- Horizontal vent kit for unit heater venting
- 1.5 ton Mini Split unit for boardroom/office area (provides heating and cooling to space)
- Mezzanine to be supplied by others
- Startup and comissioning of system included
EXCLUSIONS
- cutting, coring, firestop
- Roof or wall penetrations and sealing
- Electrical to be done by others
- Gas connection to unit heater to be done by others (plumbers)
- Ariel lift to be supplied by general contractor
