- Daikin MXS Series indoor head units (x5)
- Daikin 5MXS48TVJU multi port outdoor condenser
- Indoor heads to have condensation piping to exterior walls
- Copper from indoor units to outdoor condenser
- Communication cable from outdoor condenser to indoor heads included
- Electrical for outdoor condenser excluded at this time
- Remote control wall hung thermostats included with this system
OPTION 2 (Daikin FIT Air handler with ducted distribution)
- Daikin ONE+ smart centralized thermostat included (must be used for FIT communication)
- Daikin DZ17VSA361AA Outdoor side discharge condenser (heat pump)
- Daikin DV36FECC14 Indoor air handler with cooling coil
- Ducting distribution throughout home
- Return ducting to be in main hallway
- Copper lineset from indoor air handler to outdoor condenser
- Low voltage included
- 5kw Electric heater (same as other ducted option)
Option 3 (Panasonic multi port mini split system)
- Panasonic multi port condenser (heating and cooling) CU-5E36QBU
- (5) indoor Panasonic indoor heads (same calcs as Daikin system)
- Drains need to be run to exterior wall for proper drainage
- Copper from indoor units to outdoor condenser
- Communication from indoor units to outdoor condenser
- Electrical to outdoor condenser excluded at this time
- Remote control wall hung thermostats included with system
